Week of 8/20 - First full week of school!

Hope the beginning of the years has been great so far! I apologize for not getting this up here sooner. I was having some technical difficulties and thought it went up already. This week we are starting to dive into content for the year. The beginning of the week is mainly reviewing what we know or trying to refresh our memory. I did start spelling this week.

• Students will be starting to receive homework in math on Wed or Thursday.

Back To School!

Hello Everyone!

So excited to be teaching all of these amazing kids this year! After the first day we have already learned quite a bit and are ready to learn more throughout the year. I hope that this can be a way that I can communicate to everyone and share what is going on in the classroom. I will be posting at least once a week on this blog. Typical posts will be about homework, assignments, quizzes or fun field trips! I will also share pictures. I will try to get ones without faces to show work and what we are doing in the classroom. This will also be on our class dojo.

Again I am so excited to be teaching 4th grade this year. I am passionate about what I do and I hope that it comes through each day when I am with the students. I will definitely learn just as much from them as they do me. I strive to be a lifelong learner and I always encourage my students to be. If you ever have any questions or concerns please contact me! I will try to put everything that I give during the meet the teacher night on here so just incase you misplace something that you received you still have access to it!
